Role purpose: The Senior Internal Communications Manager leads the development and execution of a global internal communications strategy that aligns employees with the organisation’s purpose, strategy, culture, and transformation agenda. The role ensures consistent, transparent and engaging communication across countries, supporting leadership visibility, employee engagement and organizational performance.
