Job description

Your Role: The role will support the development of new plasmid DNA purification processes for preclinical and GMP manufacturing. The role will also involve supporting ongoing construct assembly and plasmid production. This position requires a hands-on approach and relies on strong expertise in bacterial systems, plasmid purification, and molecular biology techniques to help optimize processes, design experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical documentation within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Requirements: Skills: - Perform molecular biology assays, including qPCR, ddPCR, restriction enzyme digest, and other related analytical techniques. - Execute on plasmid DNA production activity according to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs). - Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot plasmid purification processes with a focus on scalability and GMP readiness. - Author and review protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Perform molecular cloning and construct assembly, including restriction digests, ligations, transformations, and clone screening. - Design DNA constructs using molecular biology software an...
