Preventative Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire Location: Charlotte, NC (local travel): Work Environment: Commercial HVAC service sites across various customer facilities Employment Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Range: $75k- $95k Hours: 40 hours per week, OT as needed Travel: Local travel throughout the Charlotte area Position Overview: Superior Skilled Trades is partnered with a company to identify a skilled Preventative Maintenance (PM) Technician for a direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, and routine service on commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, extend equipment life, and prevent system failures. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
