Audiovisual Service Technician (Associate, Mid-Level or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) / Intelligence Systems (IS) is looking for a motivated and self-starting Audiovisual Service Technician (Associate, Mid-Level or Senior) for our team based in Herndon, VA . The Audiovisual Service Technician is to provide end user training, troubleshooting, and issue resolutions to a variety of government customers and work closely with AV engineers, AV installation technicians and other team members to ensure a smooth end user experience of all AV systems. Position Responsibilities: Perform onsite AV system troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to ensure high levels of operational readiness Provide meeting and event support including set-up, in-meeting assistance, and post event breakdown or support Perform preventative maintenance and daily AV system checks Provide technical support to the end users in person or by phone Maintain and update system documentation and troubleshooting guides in Confluence, Jira, or other ticketing systems Provide AV system user training: Escalate problems to Boeing Engineering staff and collaborate on troubleshooting f...
