Job description
As a Senior Sales Coordinator (Dietary Supplements), you support EMEA Account Managers by managing administrative processes and commercial documentation for key customers. You ensure accurate records, coordinate internally, and communicate with dsm‑firmenich clients. The role is non‑selling, centered on documentation, organization, and daily operational support for the sales team. Your key responsibilities: - Collaboration with dsm Account Managers in targeting key accounts; complex support to account managers and customers with regard to customer relationship management - Developing internal and external relationships in order to obtain relevant information and subsequently communicate to internal regional team - Administrative and documentation duties - e-mails, requests, complaints, inquiries for account managers and from key customers - Working with various dsm-firmenich tools (SAP, CRM, clients’ internal platforms) - Cooperation with various internal teams and departments.
