Overview Location: 65 N 1150 Hurricane, Utah 84737 (On-site) Salary: $35.00 - 40.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: PRN / As needed: Our Nurse is responsible to care for medical emergencies and for the general medical needs of the students. You would also be responsible for sorting and passing medications accurately. Our team works to uncover the academic, social, and emotional potential of girls who have been held back by emotional and behavioral struggles. Embark at Hurricane - Stabilization and Assessment is a residential treatment center that provides a nurturing, home-like atmosphere for highly acute adolescent males and their families. We specialize in addressing complex issues such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, relationship challenges, and mental health concerns, all with a focus on family-centered healing. Responsibilities: - Assess students reporting illness or pain and determine need for sick bed placement. - Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and behavioral changes, especially during medication changes. - Administer medications accurately and document in the Medication Administration Record (MAR). - Train staff on medication administration and conduct quarterly med...
