Operations Warehouse Manager Company: Boeing Distribution, Inc. Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is looking for a dynamic Operations Warehouse Manager for our Hialeah, FL location. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing operations/activities ensuring the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through a warehouse and meeting customer delivery requirements. Establish and maintain appropriate processes and systems for measuring and reporting all necessary aspects of operational performance, and for establishing timely and thorough corrective action plans for underperforming areas of concern or delinquent development initiatives within agreed formats. Monitor, drive and lead the teams and daily warehouse activities. Responsible to drive and meet all regulatory requirements and meet operational needs. Responsible for all tasks and necessary actions to assure a proper process & communication flow within a site to meet departmental and company key results.
