Job description
The Sr. Generalist, HR Operations plays a key role in supporting and executing core HR operational programs, compliance activities, and cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This position serves as a resource for employees and leaders, ensures accurate and compliant HR processes, and partners closely with HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Services teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. The role is well suited for a highly organized, service-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can balance day-to-day execution with process improvement and project support. What You’ll Do: Manage the administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Manage and administer Relocation Program for employees across all divisions. Support H-1B application process as needed. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements related to recordkeeping, postings, new hire reporting, I‑9s, EEO‑1 data, and audits.
