We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Specialist to join the EMEA IT Operations team , composed of professionals located across multiple European countries, including Italy. In this role, you will support and coordinate IT Operations and Service Delivery activities across the EMEA region, working closely with Business stakeholders, Global IT teams, suppliers, and external IT partners. This is not a traditional helpdesk or PMO role. It is a hands-on operational position that combines regional IT operations, service coordination, and project delivery responsibilities across multiple EMEA sites. You will play an active role in both regional and global IT initiatives, ensuring high-quality IT operations and effective service delivery from IT partners.
