Job Title: Assistant Football Coach / Recruiting Coordinator Department: PEAR Classification: Exempt FTE/Working Schedule: 1.0 Position Overview: The Assistant Football Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Carleton College serves as a leader within the PEAR Department, dedicated to the holistic well-being and competitive success of scholar-athletes in a highly selective liberal arts environment. The role integrates coaching a position group on offence or defense, along with coordinating one of the special teams and strategic recruiting operations. Grounded in the college’s values of excellence and multiculturalism, the position also encompasses administrative collaboration with the Admissions department to support the institution's service-oriented mission Compensation: The expected starting salary for this position is $40,600.
