About the role: We are seeking an engaged and driven Production Engineer to join our Manufacturing team in Aarhus. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating deviations within our processes, driving optimization efforts and initiatives to improve operational efficiency, as well as ensuring strict regulatory compliance in our medical device production. Your impact: Drive continuous optimization of production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Identify and implement improvement initiatives using LEAN methodologies. Analyze production data to uncover opportunities for increased productivity and streamlined workflows. Ensure all work instructions and production documentation are regularly reviewed, updated, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
