Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree. - 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms. - Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or conversational AI systems in the development of AI agents or agentic frameworks. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields. - Experience developing accessible technologies. - Experience building or integrating with communication systems (e.g., telephony, WebRTC, chat) and AI agents. - Experience contributing to complex, cross- functional projects. - Experience building highly available, low-latency, and scalable distributed systems for real-time communication.
