Be the Problem‑Solver on the Floor Stay Ahead of Issues Before They Happen - Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing and service teams. - Troubleshoot issues involving equipment, tooling, automation, materials, and processes. - Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions that stick. - Analyze production data to spot trends, recurring issues, and risks before they become problems. - Develop permanent, scalable solutions that stabilize and improve production. - Track key metrics—downtime, scrap, yield, rework—to understand process health. - Use data and cross-functional insights to anticipate constraints or failures. - Build control plans, standard work, and monitoring systems that prevent repeat issues. - Maintain clear documentation of issues, actions, and lessons learned.
