Summary: Organizes a variety of learning programs/solutions for MWRA staff in areas such as administrative procedures, plant operations and maintenance, job skills, safety, and other technically-related skills as well as for professional skill development. Creates effective and engaging learning experiences (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led, etc.) by applying instructional design principles and techniques to develop learning materials, courses, and programs. Works with Procurement to select learning vendors appropriate to MWRA learning needs.
