POSITION SUMMARY: The Inventory Reconciliation Specialist is a key member of the Harry and David Inventory Control and Accuracy team. This position must handle multiple assignments in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment with frequent direct interaction with senior management. The Inventory Reconciliation Specialist position is responsible for closely monitoring inventory systems and working with business partners to resolve inventory concerns. Working closely with the Supervisor and other leadership and staff, this position is responsible for Inventory Control activities including inventory system research and analysis, cycle counting of materials, storage bin audits and corrective action for material count discrepancies.
