Job Description Contract: Full time, permanent: Team: UK Inbound: Office Location: 1st Floor, 95 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NA, United Kingdom The role: The Immigration Consultant will assist in the day-to-day functions of the UK Inbound team including all aspects of casework and assisting in the preparation of applications. They will benefit from direct supervision and assist in the preparation for and attendance of client meetings, marketing events and project work. There is opportunity to work on varied application types, albeit principally sponsored worker applications. What your day will look like: - Assisting in preparing and delivering client presentations, best practice sessions and training - Under direct supervision, acting as a caseworker on straightforward cases - Supporting Senior Associate and Associates with the progression of more complicated cases - Reviewing client queries and drafting responses for review by Senior Associate and Associates - Preparing documentation for applications under visa routes that include Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Settlement, Appendix FM and others as directed - Reviewing applicant and approval documentation - Updating th...
