Parallel is looking for remote school Social Workers to join our team of expert clinicians. Help students thrive by providing direct and indirect social work services and collaborating with mental health colleagues to conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations. What You’ll Do: - Deliver direct and indirect social work services to children. - Collaborate with the clinical team to create tailored treatment or IEPs with social work-specific goals. - Provide insights to staff on cultural, familial, and societal factors affecting student behavior. - Develop positive behavioral intervention strategies and conduct mental health assessments. - Facilitate parental support and help with school adjustment. - Train staff, assist with behavior management, and provide direct support as needed.
