Required Skills: - Must have a good understanding of the CRM data model - Strong knowledge of Life Science (Pharma) min 3+years - Veeva CRM Configuration Experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycles, Workflows, apex codes - Manage and have hands-on Experience in Integrations with CRM application - Hands-on Experience in REST API, Loaders, Multichannel - Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards - Application Administrative Experience - Strong understanding of IT service management / ITIL foundational architectural concepts (incident, problem, change, configuration mgmt, design, quality management, and IT environments, etc), architecture DevOps methodologies, standards, and tools - Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies - Veeva CRM Configuration Experience including Salesforce - Experience in Veeva Align & Vault (Optional) - Salesforce Developer & Admin certification - Veeva CRM Certified.
