Position Summary Alstom is seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Proposal Writer to develop proposal narratives for passenger rail projects across North America. In this role you will work closely with our commercial and engineering teams, getting to know our customer needs and our technical solutions. You will serve as a translator between our subject matter experts and executive audiences, ensuring the precision of technical ideas is retained and conveyed in a concise and elegant manner on the written page. 2.
