Summary The Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Medicine and Health Care Administrator (HCA) provides leadership and direction for healthcare, prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries to student-athletes for 24 NCAA Division II intercollegiate sports teams and our club sport program. This position reports to the Director of Athletics and provides direction to the athletic training staff and works closely with the strength and conditioning team to develop a holistic approach to sport medicine and treatment. Position oversees the procurement and management of the University’s student athlete insurance plan. This administrative role assures compliance with all pertinent NCAA health and safety legislation that impacts student-athlete health and well-being.
