Position Purpose: The Retail Media Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing strong, long-term relationships with Orange Apron Media supplier and service provider partners. This role serves as a trusted day-to-day point of contact, ensuring partners are supported, engaged, and realizing value from their retail media investments. Focused on retention, satisfaction, and sustained spend, the Account Manager partners closely with the sales team and internal teams to support account strategy, surface growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with Home Depot merchandising category priorities. Key Responsibilities: 40%-Supplier Relationship Management Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned supplier and service provider partners.
