Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our growing team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world corporate finance. You will work closely with our Accountants and Finance Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to daily financial operations, month-end closing processes, and financial analysis within a successful Swiss scale-up. Your main responsibilities: - Accounting Support: Assist the finance team with daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including data entry, invoice matching, and processing employee expenses. - Reconciliations: Help perform weekly and monthly bank, credit card, and platform reconciliations to ensure data accuracy. - Month-End Assistance: Support the team during the month-end closing process by preparing standard journal entries and gathering necessary documentation. - Data Management & Analysis: Help maintain clean financial databases.
