Our Company ResCare Community Living: ResCare Community Living is now part of Sevita Overview: The Executive Director is responsible for the overall performance of all company operations under their supervision. The Executive Director is responsible for the implementation of Company Policies and Procedures, Strategic Plan, and Quality Assurance Initiatives. Will also drive financial performance through superior service delivery recognized by both external and internal stakeholders. The Executive Director will provide leadership support and tools to operations to meet established goals. The Executive Director acts as a liaison with government officials and provider associations and will function as a liaison between operations and the Leadership Team.
