This role entails scheduling, subcontractor management, communication with the client and building occupants, safety and occupational health management, and assurance of quality and compliance. Responsible for overseeing a variety of facility support service projects, including base operating services, custodial, grounds maintenance, logistics, water/wastewater treatment, and other operations and maintenance type projects from $250K to $25M, with the potential to managing up to 15 staff simultaneously across the country.
