The Warehouse Supervisor position is responsible for directing, supervising and setting priorities for the kitting associates in their daily routines. Responsible for achieving departmental goals and meeting customer expectations of delivery and quality. Responsible for the training and performance measurements of the kitting associates. Works with the manager to set individual / departmental goals, and documents results and statistics. Responsible for ensuring complete compliance with quality systems and controls (SOX).
