Overview Complete Building Services, (CBS) a building operations and facilities maintenance company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Hanover, MD. CBS is a division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. - Washington's oldest real estate company. The Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to assigned equipment. Responsibilities: Complete Building Services is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to work Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in Hanover, MD. Candidate must have three to five (3-5) years experience in basic maintenance of the following: - Repairs of basic electrical, lights and ballast - Tours/logs/run chillers - Painting and drywall - Plumbing and maintenance on exhaust fans - Change AHU filters - Change fan belts, unit heaters, waterless toilet, fan-coil units - Experience with fire alarm panels along with daily equipment tours - Perform other duties as assigned Salary: $23-$26: Qualifications: You will need to have: EOE, including disability/veterans - Three to Five (3-5) years of Commercial building experience - Reliable transportation - Be willing to work occasional over time as necessary - Strong customer se...
