Description The HBCI Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of the HBCI program in their assigned counties, including staff HR tasks, training, and supervision; referral management; data collection and reporting; on-call coordination, short-term case coverage, and necessary administrative tasks. Additionally, HBCI Supervisors participate in on-call supervisor rotations for the program. Job Responsibilities: - Staff Supervision: Provide supervision to staff in accord with OMH-defined supervisor-to-clinician staffing ratios for HBCI service delivery. - Clinical supervision: Review HBCI clinician’s cases to ensure documentation and program requirements are met for enrolled clients. Consult with HBCI clinicians to identify client’s presenting concerns, treatment planning and service delivery, and discharge planning. Monitor staff performance issues or training needed with the assistance of the HBCI Program Director. - Licensing Supervision: Provide supervision to clinicians required to obtain LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT credentials. - Referral management: Respond to program inquiries; process, assess, track, and manage HBCI referrals; and assign cases to clinicians. - Data reporting: Com...
