Working 12hr shifts 7- 7 , you can choose if you want to work days, nights, and how many hours a week- Bank Contract. Callands is a purpose-built care home that caters for up to 120 service users. The home specialises in dementia and nursing care. Our aim is to ensure all our residents feel as comfortable as possible, promote independence, dignity and respect through positive risk taking and empowerment.
