We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location : ​Stuarts Draft​: Department : ​ Responsibilities: - Works toward and acquires the required skills to advance to a minimum of a level 3 in the SBP system. - Actively supports the team through commitment to Quality, Service, Cost, and Safety. - Actively participate in team meetings and goal setting/accomplishments. - Proactive and reactive in 5S. - Volunteer services and/or knowledge on team projects and Team Engagement Roles. - Ability to use problem solving/lean tools to resolve team issues. - Ability to come certified on all processes that require certification. - Support and practice current policies. - Regularly uses effective communication skills in giving/receiving feedback to resolve conflict situations. - Safely operate a hand truck to move product. - Ability to stay focused and utilize proper packing method per specifications and bill of material. - Ability to assist with PM’s. - Performs miscellaneous duties as instructed by Team Leader.
