SFL Retail Banking The Retail Banking Director leads and executes the strategy for Retail Banking, Treasury Management, and Business Banking across the assigned Region. Accountable for financial performance (P&L), new business development, customer experience, hiring, coaching, and complying with all policies and procedures. In addition, accountable for face-to-face delivery of PB’s operating budget including overall structure, sales goals, profit and loss performance, leads/sales prospect management, and overall customer experience. Ensure that all sales team within Retail Banking, Treasury Management, and Business Banking are executing strategy to meet client needs through a need-based consultative sales process, increase client share of wallet, and cross-sell products and distribution channels.
