In-office position Summary: Under the direction of the CHRO, the Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the HR team and works closely with the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver health system HR priorities and services to achieve business objectives while ensuring a high degree of consistency throughout the health system. They provide assistance and problem-solving services to the HRBP’s and business customers and effectively use technology to analyze data and create reports as needed. The HR Generalist participates in projects and mid/large scale initiatives in support of business customers and the HR department. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or compensating years of experience. Certification, Registration & Licensure: SHRM Certification to be obtained within one year of hire into role. Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years working in an HR role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems like Workday is strongly desired. Healthcare experience is preferred.
