ProTech Mechanical, a Crete United company , is growing in South Texas, and we’re looking for a proven Sales Manager to lead our commercial HVAC and MEP sales efforts in Corpus Christi and the surrounding regions. We’re seeking a confident, hands-on sales leader with strong growth mindset. This role is ideal for a sales leader who knows construction, understands HVAC/MEP systems, and thrives on building high-performing teams while driving revenue and margin growth. You’ll work closely with operations and estimating, own the sales strategy, and play a key role in shaping ProTech’s next phase of growth. What You’ll Do: As Sales Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and leadership of the sales function: - Lead and manage all aspects of the Sales Department - Develop and execute local and regional sales strategies - Forecast sales performance and report progress against targets - Coordinate and review multiple estimates and bids simultaneously - Partner with Operations to select projects to pursue and win - Oversee bid activity, CRM/Salesforce reporting, and sales metrics - Recruit, develop, coach, and retain sales talent (2–5 direct reports)...
