About the Role We’re hiring a Marketing Operations & AI Specialist to join team.blue ’s Marketing Centre of Excellence. You’re the right fit for this role if you’re great at standardizing and scaling martech solutions across multiple markets, and can improve governance, conduct recurring audits, and find & fix discrepancies with AI before they become issues. You’ll join a regional operations team of three specialists and one manager, based across Denmark, Slovakia, and Bulgaria. Your primary focus will be the CEE markets, but you’ll also support Nordic brands when needed. You’ll use AI to: run structured audits maintain standards improve documentation and raise the quality of our data foundation Just as importantly, you’ll help raise AI competence across the wider operations team, showing colleagues how to work smarter with these tools, not just faster. You’ll report to the Regional Marketing Operations Manager and work within the CoE structure. Because the CoE has only recently launched, this is a real opportunity to help shape how we work.
