Your Role: - Determine the specific needs of the projects, establish the scope of work, and identify the steps and timelines for execution. - Provide engineering services related to sizing, manufacturing, refurbishment, and installation of turbines and compressors, mainly gas compressors. - Perform design work and calculations required for the project. - Participate in the development of technical specifications. - Validate compliance with current standards and verify the conformity of specifications and other documents produced by suppliers. - Estimate project costs. - Coordinate with various stakeholders (other disciplines, clients, suppliers, etc.). - Prepare technical specifications and reports. - Provide mentorship to engineers on your team and support them in their development. - Establish and maintain an environment that supports ethical and professional practices in engineering work. - Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant to the role.
