Department: 11903 AMC Oshkosh - Food and Nutrition Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Hours vary from 6:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. Must be able to flex between those hours. Every other weekend and rotating Holidays. Pay Range: $18.85 - $28.30 Major Responsibilities: - Assembles patient and mobile meal trays/meals in accordance with approved diet guidelines and portions while adhering to productivity standards. - Loads and transports food carts. Delivers patient meal trays to patient rooms in accordance with established procedures. - May provide initial service to visitors in the cafeteria by serving food and maintaining the cleanliness of the cafeteria. Responsible for operating cash register, handling cash and completing daily reports and cash register balance sheets as needed. - Performs cleaning duties using established sanitation procedures in the kitchen and cafeteria. Washes pots, pans, and dishes according to established procedures. - Assists with preparation, delivery, setup, cleanup and presentation of catered and specialized events.
