Drive sales performance and deliver on key KPIs — from traffic and conversion to community engagement and brand impact. 3. Ensure operational excellence, visual merchandising standards, and consistent brand experience across all stores. 4. Recruit, train, and coach store leaders to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and fun team culture. 5. Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams (Merchandising, Marketing, People, and Ops) to support store launches, events, and seasonal campaigns. 6. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform retail strategy, optimize assortment, and identify growth opportunities. 7.
