This enterprise-scale initiative will migrate federal civilian employee records from legacy HR systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across multiple federal agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting, validating, and transforming HR data from agency legacy PeopleSoft HRMS and Oracle EBS HCM systems, mapping legacy data schemas to Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader (HDL) formats, and ensuring extracted data meets EHRI standards and data quality thresholds required for successful migration.
