Become a part of our caring community As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will be a strategic partner within the Humana Military Learning Strategy & Resources team. You will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of learning data measurement frameworks, insightful and accurate reporting and dashboards, and actionable analytics solutions. These solutions will inform leadership, stakeholders, and government parties. You will integrate business intelligence and data reporting best practices to support learning program evaluation, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement efforts, and strategic decision-making. In this remote position, you will report to the Director of Organization Effectiveness.
