The ideal candidate will have a Secret security clearance, experience with APACS, and knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The role involves coordinating team travel, managing schedules, creating meeting minutes, supporting the Foreign Liaison Officer, ensuring contractors complete necessary training, support for in-person meeting coordination in the Washington, D.C. area, and providing general team support. Less than 10% travel may be required. Responsibilities: Travel Coordination: Submit necessary documents for DoD-sponsored contractors and civilians to conduct business trips for FMS Case(s). Ensure all travel-related documentation is accurate and complies with DoD regulations. Submit Requests for Visit (RFV). Assist subcontractors with RFV submission and advise on content and lead times.
