Hotel Maintenance Engineer (Full-Time) Location: Palm Springs, CA: Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends & Holidays as Needed About the Role: We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our Palm Springs team. This role is essential to the guest experience — ensuring our property is safe, functional, and beautifully maintained every day. What You’ll Do: - Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on guest rooms and common areas - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff - Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general facility issues - Complete work orders and document repairs accurately - Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of maintenance supplies - Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed - Ensure compliance with safety standards and property procedures - Support property cleanliness and appearance standards What We’re Looking For: - Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred (hotel experience a plus) - Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, H...
