Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Plant Human Resource Manager is a strategic leader for the business and directs the main responsibilities of the Human Resource (HR) department including employee engagement, talent strategy, plant leadership support, recruiting, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and managing company policies and practices. The HRM will also manage the Site People Plan, which synthesizes all site strategies, initiatives and needs into one plan.
