Job description
The Salesperson - Modernization Solutions works with prospective new KONE customers (LIO), proactively targeting elevator modernization opportunities outside KONE’s current service portfolio (LIS). You will specifically focus on generating orders for elevator modernization and for competitor’s products where KONE already has a KONE lifts modernization industrialized solution in place. It is also a requirement of this role to focus on KONE’s range of digital solutions. This role will be based out of our Bristol office and will require 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Key responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management - Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in your area of responsibility - Accountable for developing KONE position within your customer base or market area - Creating and communicating leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling) - Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of KONE team - Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data within CRM system Sell: - Proactively generates MONOMOD opportunities from outside current customer base (existing servi...
