About the Team We are the team responsible for ensuring that parcels move through our terminal network in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. Our systems provide sorting instructions that guide parcels between terminals and to their final destinations, whether thats a customer, parcel locker, or delivery partner. We also deliver real-time parcel data and location insights, enabling smooth and transparent operations across our entire sorting network. Our Vision Our objective is ambitious, We strive to achieve operational excellence across our 40+ terminals in Europe. Any parcel should be able to enter the terminal sorting network at any point and immediately be ready for the next step towards its destination. To achieve this, we ensure that everyone interacting with a parcel from systems to people can make smart, fast, and data-driven decisions that minimize the total cost of the flow.
