Job description

Role Details: We’re seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join Visy Cell at our Truganina site. This permanent role is working a 3 day per week 12-hour roster from 6:00am to 6:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid break. This is a hands-on role in a new production environment, where you will play a key part in keeping the line running safely, efficiently and to quality standards. What you'll do: - Operate, monitor and adjust machinery to achieve safe and efficient production outcomes. - Troubleshoot faults and respond to operational issues to minimise downtime. - Complete visual checks and quality inspections to ensure output meets required standards. - Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance. - Work closely with the broader team to keep production moving in a safe and collaborative way.
