What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Payment Processor II within our Paymerang division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will manage payments that require follow-up, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. You will also handle escalated or complex payment issues, provide feedback for process improvements, and assist in training new members of the Payments team. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with Operations teams, including Enrollment, Client Success, and Payment Processing.
