Description Job Summary: The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing finished tanks for final shipment, ensuring all customer requirements, quality standards, and safety expectations are met prior to delivery. This role supports factory acceptance testing (FAT), completes shipment documentation, and coordinates outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Requirements: Essential Functions: · Prepare finished tanks for shipment, including final inspections, cleaning, staging, labeling, and securing loads · Complete and verify customer punch lists prior to final shipment · Support factory acceptance testing (FAT) activities to ensure tanks meet customer and contractual requirements · Ensure all outbound shipments are prepared according to customer specifications, internal standards, and shipping requirements · Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, project management) to resolve shipping readiness issues · Accurately complete shipping documentation, bills of lading, and ERP transactions related to outbound shipments · Maintain organized and safe shipping and staging areas · Cross-train in other shipping and supply chain functions to provide coverage a...
