Advanced Surgery Center at Brownwood is currently seeking a Full Time Inventory Control Specialist Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Materials Manager, the Inventory Control Specialist assists the Purchasing and Finance departments by performing clerical and inventory related duties, which ensures the accuracy of inventory and financial reports. Job Duties: - Maintain accurate information for all items in inventory such as manufacturer information, quantity, etc. for all equipment and supplies within the facility - Utilize financial and inventory computer systems to ensure all inventoried items are up to date - Build, implement, and maintain PAR levels of inventory in each department - Conduct inventory count as needed and within the Inventory Count Team - Assist with updating preference cards with new items in inventory - Complete additional duties as needed and assigned Skills & Abilities: - Able to work independently and meet established deadlines. - Able to make sound reasonable decisions - Highly organized - Ability to concentrate on many detailed requests despite numerous interruptions. - Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness; is receptive to change,...
