It's more than a career, it's a calling WI-SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Madison Worker Type: Regular Job Highlights: This is a full time variable shift Pharmacist position for SSM St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin working a total of 40 hours per week. Shifts are a combination of days and evenings and occasional overnight coverage. Day shift starts as early as 6:30 a.m. and evening shift goes to 11:00 p.m. The schedule also includes an every third weekend rotation. A one-time sign on bonus may be available to qualified individuals with a 2 year service commitment. Job Summary: Provides pharmaceutical care to patients, verifies medication orders, compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and hospital policy. Serves as a resource to other healthcare professionals including pharmacy students and residents and ensures that patient care meets standards of safety and effectiveness. Oversees the duties of the pharmacy technicians and interns.
