About Your Future Role: In this position, you will: What Makes You a Great Fit - Handling chargeback cases for POS and eCommerce transactions - Processing and managing BLIK-related claims - Applying and maintaining compliance with Chargeback regulations of Payment Organizations - Preparing team statistics and process-related reports - Training and supporting junior specialists - Creating training materials and documentation - Participating in online trainings organized by Payment Organizations (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
