About the role: We’re looking for a detail orientated and proactive Customer Insight Coordinator to join us on a 10 month fixed term contract, supporting the delivery of our Customer Insights and Voice of Customer (VoC) programme and 2026 Guest Obsession initiatives. You’ll support the day-to-day execution of our Customer Insights programme, working with data, surveys and stakeholders to ensure customer feedback is captured, organised and ready to inform decision making. Working closely with the Customer Insights Manager and Director of Customer Engagement, you’ll help coordinate activity across survey, reporting and insight delivery. What you’ll be doing - Triage adhoc customer insight briefs and share existing resources to support the awareness and use of insights around the business - Develop and maintain Notion Customer Insights destination for self serve customer insights - Coordinate survey changes, project manage deployment timelines - Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support insight delivery - Prepare and maintain insight reporting resources - Support monthly brand tracker process by collating inputs, updating reporting and helping coordinate actions with re...
